PAYMENT TERMS
Show Room Sales: Cash payment, Cheque payment by pre- approved customers.
Special Orders: for Non-Stock items, or large quantity items specifically ordered for customers, a 80% down payment is mandatory.
For online orders, payment is by bank transfers.
WARRANTY
Our NEXION CABLES have a lifetime warranty.
NEXION NETWORKING PATCH PANELS have a 25-year warranty.
NEXION FLASH DRIVES have a 6- month warranty.
Other products have 3-month warranty.
All warranties are from the invoice date.
RETURNS/ REFUNDS
a. Definitions
Replacement: Refers to returning an item to receive the same type of stock item.
Exchange: Refers to returning an item to receive a different type of stock item.
Credit: Refers to returning an item to receive in-house credit only.
No cash refund is given. Customers can make future purchases against the credit in future transactions.
b. RestockingA 20% RESTOCKING fee will be charged under the following circumstances:
Items that are returned for credit or exchange as defective but tested and found functionally good.
Items that are returned for credit or exchange due to mistakes on the customer’s part e.g. wrong parts ordered, end user changes his/ her mind, improper installation etc.
c. General Condition
Items returned must be in new condition and contain all original accessories in the original package.
Items returned, which the customer has physically damaged is considered not returnable.
Electronic Components are not returnable.
A customer returning any stock has the option of Replacement,Exchange or Credit.
No cash refunds will be given. Customers can make further purchases against in-house credit in future transactions.
Fill out RIN form completely (obtain from any showroom).
Return filled form to NUMERIQUE.
Return product complete with all accessories and original packaging to NUMERIQUE
A RIN number will be allocated. Use this for all future correspondence.
